Education

Dr. Greco graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ursinus College at age 19, and finished in the top 3 students at Thomas Jefferson Medical College and President of the National Medical Honor Society - AOA. During his five years of General Surgical training, he did a Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the Hand Center, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Plastic Surgical Residency was performed at the University of Pittsburgh followed by an Aesthetic/Microsurgery Fellowship at University of Pittsburgh and Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital in NYC. Dr. Greco became an Assistant Professor at the University Pittsburgh and taught Residents and Medical Students in the art of Aesthetic Surgery and General Hand and Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Greco is the President of the Royal and Ancient Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Vice President/ Treasurer of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He also works as a paid medical consultant and helps guide new medical procedures and implants for companies such as Mentor Corporation, Johnson and Johnson, LifeCell Corporation, Allergan and Obagi Corporation. Voted best Plastic Surgeon in Savannah for four consecutive years.

Publications

Dr. Greco has authored over 30 scientific papers, including six medical textbook chapters. He is the editor of the book, Emergency Plastic Surgery. Dr. Greco is the spokesperson for plastic surgery and is frequently quoted in national media including Allure, Wall Street Journal, London Times, Oprah Magazine, Cosmopolitan and many other newspapers and magazines. Dr. Greco is also an Advisory Board Member for The Consumer Guide to Plastic Surgery, www.yourplasticsurgeryguide.com.

Personal

Dr. Greco is married and has four children. They enjoy golf, tennis and exploring the coastal waterways on jet skis. A transplant to the South, the Grecos love the people, weather and lifestyle in Savannah. Dr. Greco recently enjoyed giving back to the Savannah community as the ADA "Kiss A Pig" candidate and winner as the top fundraiser. His children are graduates of University of Georgia and Georgia Institute of Technology.
