Neck lift is a facial rejuvenation procedure for mature men and women concerned with loose skin, folds and deep creases in the neck. In some patients, a neck lift can significantly rejuvenate the overall appearance of the face, and it may be performed alone or combined with a facelift.

The Neck Lift Process

Consultation

Dr. Greco evaluates your skin, underlying muscle tone, facial characteristics and overall health to create an individualized treatment plan.

Surgical Approach

Depending on the amount of excess tissue and underlying muscle tone, incisions may be placed behind the ears or extend from the front of the ears into the hairline.

Incision Placement

Dr. Greco places incisions where possible within natural creases, the hairline or beard hair in male patients to help conceal them.

Results

After excess tissue is addressed, the neckline is tightened and secured into a more youthful position. Results become apparent as the neck appears smoother, longer and better contoured.
